WELCOME EMAIL
You’ll receive an automatic email shortly after signing up to the email address provided upon checkout. This will including information on things like:
- How to complete initial onboarding, including getting us your login credentials securely.
- How to make support requests
- How to manage your subscription
Didn’t get a welcome email? Check your spam and alternate mailbox folders. Still don’t see it? Email us.

ONBOARDING!
Once you’ve filled out the initial onboarding form and we’ve received all the necessary information, we’ll officially start the onboarding process for your package.
This includes a full checklist for our team, most of which is usually complete within 48 hours of your initial onboarding registration. Some things, like speed optimization or mobile configuration, can take a week or two.
Before we do anything, we’ll go ahead and perform a full backup of your website.
